1. Definitions
"Service" refers to the communication workshops and coordination support offered by Kinfold. "User," "you," and "your" refer to any individual engaging with our website or services. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Kinfold. "Content" refers to any material presented through our website or sessions. "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or booking a session with Kinfold, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older who have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement on behalf of themselves or their family.
3. Service Description
Kinfold provides general educational communication workshops and coordination support for families, including facilitated conversation circles, agreement template workshops, and staged coordination programmes. Services are currently available to families located in or able to attend sessions in Bangkok, Thailand, and are subject to facilitator availability.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information when booking a session
- Engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants
- Refrain from recording sessions without prior agreement from all participants
- Use any templates or materials provided solely for personal, family purposes
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, and content provided by Kinfold remain our intellectual property, except where explicitly transferred as part of a workshop deliverable. Families receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use provided templates for personal household purposes. Materials may not be resold or redistributed commercially.
6. Payment Terms
Pricing for our services is listed in Thai Baht (฿) on our Solutions page and is confirmed at the time of booking. Payment methods accepted will be communicated during the booking process. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and should be sent to [email protected] prior to the scheduled session where possible.
7. Service-Specific Terms
Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Rescheduling requests should be made with reasonable advance notice. The Extended Coordination Programme unfolds across multiple staged check-ins agreed upon with the family at the outset; either party may adjust the schedule with reasonable notice.
8. Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis and are strictly educational and organizational in nature. Kinfold does not provide legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice, and our facilitators do not offer opinions on family decisions or guarantee any particular outcome from a session or programme.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Kinfold's liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Kinfold harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
11. Termination
Either party may discontinue an engagement at any time, with notice provided where practical. Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination of any engagement.
12. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes will first be addressed through informal resolution by contacting [email protected]. Should informal resolution not succeed, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangkok.
13. General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kinfold regarding our services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
14. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
