Our Story
How Kinfold began
Kinfold started in Bangkok from a simple observation: families often want to talk things through, but rarely have a calm, fair structure for doing so. Conversations about schedules, care, or shared expectations can drift into misunderstanding, not from a lack of love, but from a lack of format.
We set out to offer something modest and useful — a neutral space to speak in turn, plain templates to write things down, and steady check-ins for families navigating change. Nothing about our work tells a family what to decide. Our role is to hold the structure so that everyone in the room has room to be heard.
Based in Din Daeng, we work with households across Bangkok and beyond who are looking for gentle, practical coordination support — always educational in nature, and always respectful of each family's own choices.

How We Work
Standards we hold ourselves to
Neutral Practice
Facilitators are trained to hold structure without offering opinions on family decisions.
Confidentiality
What is shared in a session or check-in stays between the family and the facilitator.
Consistent Format
Every circle and check-in follows a clear, repeatable structure so families know what to expect.
Respect for Autonomy
All decisions and agreements remain entirely in the hands of the family involved.
Family coordination, held gently
Coordinating shared care, schedules, or a household transition asks for patience and a workable format, not just good intentions. Kinfold brings structured, neutral facilitation to conversations that often carry weight, while keeping every choice in the hands of the people living it. Our workshops hand over plain templates so relatives can record what they have agreed, in language everyone can understand.
Households across Bangkok turn to Kinfold when they want a steady, respectful format for talking through shared responsibilities, relocation planning, or blended routines. We do not provide guidance on personal decisions; our facilitators simply keep the conversation fair, paced, and calm, so families can find their own answers together.
